30 MINUTE MEMBERSHIP – $50.00 PER MONTH
60 MINUTE MEMBERSHIP – $75.00 PER MONTH
90 MINUTE MEMBERSHIP – $100.00 PER MONTH

On the 1st of each month Body & Mind Therapeutic Massage & Day Spa will charge your credit/debit card for your chosen membership amount. Clients then have the rest of that month to schedule their monthly massage. In the event the client can’t make it in that month the massage would roll over to the following month. Massages would continue to roll over until used. Upon termination of membership client will have 60 days to use any prepaid appointments.

Any additional massages scheduled for the member during a given month, called “Member Extras”, would be charged at $85 for a 90 minute massage, $60 for a 60 minute massage, and $45 for a 30 minute massage. These appointments are paid for at the time of service.

Body & Mind will honor the membership rate for any household member. All membership rules would apply. These would be massages scheduled in addition to the member’s required monthly appointment. Household member massages work just as the member massages work. 1st visit of the month is at the full member rate and any additional visits in the same month would be at the discounted rate. Massages are paid for at the time of service. Proof of residence required.

If you have a household member who comes in on a regular basis, activate a 2nd membership in the same household and the 2nd member is charged the “Member Extra” rates for all of their appointments.

Gift Cards may be purchased by members at the current full membership rates.

All rates are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of membership activation.

No sign up or activation fees charged. 12 month commitment required. One time $75 early cancellation fee applies. Early cancellation fee can be waived at the discretion of management.
